Dave DeMerchant, Vice-President, Operations

Dave brings more than 18 years of industry experience to CBV, spending 16 years in a management capacity. During his career, Dave has served clients from the finance, utility, government, commercial and retail sectors. A pioneer in Call Centre analytics, Dave has developed strategies and workflow models that have increased agent productivity, resulting in higher returns to clients. Joining CBV in 2007, Dave is responsible for CBV's corporate operational strategy and the activities within its five collection contact centres. Dave is a graduate of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
