Frank attended Business Administration courses at Mohawk College, and entered the credit and collection industry in 1981 as a Sales Representative at a National Collection Agency in Ontario. He was promoted to sales manager of the Toronto office, then branch manager of the Ottawa office. He helped establish and became a Director of the newly established Ottawa chapter of the Credit Institute. In 1998, Frank left the industry and gained valuable business experience with a major business supplier as sales manager of their contract furniture division, and represented a leading marketing products and services provider, as the general manager of their Mississauga office. He rejoined the collection industry when he started with CBV in April 2004. Frank is responsible for managing sales in CBV's Toronto and Montreal locations.
