Ray has been in the collection industry since 1988, gaining experience in various areas of the industry, including skip trace, retail collections, banking and finance, government collections, commercial, legal, and sales. His leadership skills include Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Branch Manager. For four years Ray was the Manager for a national collection agency in Regina, Saskatchewan. During this time, Ray was responsible for key client relationships in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Ray has specialized skills in client and account management and has had repeated success in client races for market share rewards. Ray has developed skills in marketing that complement his knowledge of collections. His extensive background in and proven track record in agency management are a positive asset to the CBV Management Team.
