Kathy MacLeod, Director of Organizational Integrity Kathy has been involved in first and third party collections since 1988, focusing on Compliance and Administration. Joining CBV in 1992, her experience extends to Customer Service, Collections, Skip Tracing and Consumer Relations. Kathy is CBV’s Compliance and Privacy Officer, guiding employees in effecting recovery without generating complaints, and ensuring that employees across the country adhere to provincial regulations for both debt collection and the protection of personal information, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and relevant provincial legislation. Her thorough knowledge of CBV’s operations and processes are significant components of customer satisfaction.
