On May 13, 2002, CBV purchased from Canada Bonded Attorney and Legal Directory Limited
their consumer collection division which has operated as "Concord Collection Agency".
Concord Collections is currently operating from offices in Toronto, Montreal and Calgary.
Over the next few weeks, these collection departments and new associates will be integrated
into CBV. This purchase will open the door to a variety of new clients and their business
opportunities.
The expansion of our Calgary and Toronto offices, the addition of a Quebec office
and the new accounts for Vancouver promises exciting times for CBV.
The acquired assets, market share and most importantly the new associates, positions
CBV to accelerate its participation in the Canadian collection business of the future.
